- Our facility is open 24/7 – including holidays. While it’s not required to call ahead it is recommended.

A gastropexy is a surgical procedure performed in order to prevent Gastric Dilatation and Volvulus (GDV), commonly called torsion or bloat. Endoscopy-guided gastropexy is a minimally invasive procedure that allows the surgeon to perform a gastropexy through a much smaller incision and with faster recovery than the traditional approach. Generally, the procedure is recommended for “at-risk” breeds.
